Max pvp 15 gear? (and 30? - Edited)

I acquired a "Dread Metal Gauntlet" with 4 slots for my lvl 15 Fighter. The rest of my gear is 3-slot Heroic gear & Heroic weapon, that I got from drops in that area. I was wanting to know if that is the best gear I can get for the pvp 15 area. If it is, I will enhance and put in better lapis for the character. If not, I need to know how to get the better gear. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Now you knew I was going to edit this and ask. LOL. Is Legendary gear the highest for lvl 30 or do we also have Goddess? And 3-slot Heroic the highest for rings and loops?

There's only Dread Guants/Mufflers for pvp 15 Smile

everything else for 15 is Heroic.
