should wit 7 be allowed in 15 or 30?

currently it is.

In my opinion, 150 resist is a bit much in either zone, especially 15.

with wit 5-6-7 linked in 15, thats 325 resist, in a single piece of gear.

in 15, thats higher than the primary stat you get in ALL gear combined (well, except for the classes that totes a shield)
